After relocating to Wheeling, WV, in October 2015, she launched her career in Critical Care, making impactful contributions in the Medical ICU at Wheeling Hospital and later at WVU Medicine Ruby Memorial Hospital. In September 2023, Lacy embarked on an exciting new chapter in the Cardiac Cath Lab at WVU Medicine Wheeling Hospital, focusing on Interventional Cardiology, Structural Cardiology, and Electrophysiology.
Passionate about giving back, Lacy dedicates her time to numerous organizations, including the Center for Organ Recovery and Education (CORE), Heather Miller Memorial, Crittenton Services, A Special Wish Ohio Valley, and the American Heart Association.
When she's not making a difference in the medical field, Lacy embraces an active lifestyle filled with CrossFit, hiking, and exploring her creative side through drawing and singing. A self-proclaimed Aldi enthusiast, she finds joy in decluttering, watching Jeopardy, nurturing her beloved orchid collection, and mentoring women across the state. Lacy is also a proud cat mom to Mufasa “Buddy,” a long-haired orange tabby, and Miss Tanzy, a short-haired tortie. She and her husband recently bought their first home and were married in September 2024 atop Spruce Knob, the tallest point in West Virginia.
