Meet The Directors

Stephanie is a graduate of WVUIT with a Bachelors of Science in Registered Nursing.  She is currently the Executive Director of Clay Senior and Community Services, Inc.  Stephanie is married to Nathaniel, and they have two beautiful daughters.

Stephanie started her love for pageantry at a very young age.  Competing locally and throughout the state of West Virginia winning many respected titles.  Her most honorable moments were being crowned Mrs. WV America 2012 and placing as a Top 15 Semi-finalist at Mrs. America.   

Lisa attended the UOP and currently is a small business owner.  Lisa has been married to her husband, Terry, for 35 years.  They have two beautiful daughters and five amazing grandchildren.  

Lisa has been involved in pageantry for nearly 30 years through directing, producing, judging and attending at the state and national levels.  

Stephanie and Lisa share a passion for pageantry.  Together they have produced numerous charity pageants, raising thousands of dollars to support local families, local charities, and national charities.

Together they started the business WV Royalty Crowns, LLC, where Lisa continues to operate and manage the business.
